  1. SP #65 Site Plan Amendment (Carry-Over): Request to permit a comprehensive sign plan including rooftop signs and banners; on premises known as 2301 Jefferson Davis Highway.

    C.M. Recommendation: Defer the proposed site plan amendment request for a comprehensive sign plan to the second Regular meeting of the County Board in January, 2000.

  2. SP #212 Site Plan Amendment: Request to amend the site plan to permit conversion of retail space into a community policing station; on premises known as 4301 North Fairfax Drive.

  3. SP #11 Site Plan Amendment: Request to amend the site plan to permit conversion of retail area into an educational institution use; on premises known as 2001 Jefferson Davis Highway.

    C.M. Recommendation: Approve the conversion for educational institution use for a period not to exceed five years subject to all previous conditions.

    C.M. Recommendation: Advertise the 2000 Legislative Package (Draft #1) for the County Board's annual legislative public hearing on Saturday, December 11, 1999. (The County Board also will be asked to adopt the 2000 Legislative Package at its regular meeting on December 11, 1999.

  2. Request to Advertise, "On the County Board's Own Motion," a rezoning from "RA8-18" Apartment Dwelling Districts and "CM" Limited Industrial Districts to "RA6-15" Apartment Dwelling Districts; on premises known as 506 and 508 North Pollard Street and on the 500 block of North Quincy Street.

  3. Request to Advertise, "On the County Board's Own Motion" a use permit amendment to increase enrollment in an existing childcare center; on premises known as 2315 South Grant Street. (Calvary United Methodist Church).

Board meetings are cablecast live on government access Cable-TV Channel 31, with repeats shown the following week at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday and at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday (morning session only) and 7:00 p.m. on Thursday (afternoon session only), and the following Monday at 10:30 a.m. Carryover meetings will be repeated the following Monday at 7:00 p.m. If a live carryover meeting conflicts with any of the scheduled repeats, the tape will air immediately following the live meeting.
