    P.C. Recommendation: Approve the final site plan with additional conditions related to the proposed bus transfer facility, urban design, traffic flow, street medians and treatment of the alley.

    C.M. Recommendation: Approve the final site plan approval for an 8-story office building and parking structure, including roof top signs subject to the conditions of the staff report.

Recommendation: Ratify the County Manager's submission of a proposal in grant funds to the Mutual of Omaha's Wildlife heritage Center-Grants of Excellence Program and contingent upon approval, appropriate in FY 2000 funds from Mutual of Omaha to the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Resources.
