    C.M. Recommendation: Approve the FY 2001 Performance Contract between the Arlington Community Services Board and the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services, and authorize permanent grant funded position in the Department of Human Services.

    C.M. Recommendation: Advertise a public hearing for a rezoning for the Planning Commission meeting of September 25, 2000 and the County Board meeting of October 7, 2000.

Request to Advertise for public hearing on October 21, 2000, Amendments to Comprehensive Plan: a) to the Master Transportation Plan - Part 1; b) to the Arlington Bicycle Transportation Plan; c) to the Arlington County Pedestrian Transportation Plan, and d) to the Master Transit Plan. Board meetings are cablecast live on government access Cable-TV Channel 31, with repeats shown the following week at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday and at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday (morning session only) and 7:00 p.m. on Thursday (afternoon session only), and the following Monday at 10:30 a.m. Carryover meetings will be repeated the following Monday at 7:00 p.m. If a live carryover meeting conflicts with any of the scheduled repeats, the tape will air immediately following the live meeting.
