C.M. Recommendation: Adopt amendments to Chapter 24 of the Arlington County Code, Swimming Pools and Spas, to increase swimming pool license fees and swimming pool plan review fees.

 

  1. FY 2002 Department of Human Services Fees and Fee Scales–Madison Adult Day Health Care Center.
  2. C.M. Recommendation: Adopt the attached new fee rate and scale for the Madison Adult Day Health Care Center Program in the Department of Human Services.

  3. Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Resources Fees for FY 2002.

 

C.M. Recommendation: Approve as recommended in staff report.

 

D. Adoption of Amendments to Chapter 10, Article I, Refuse, of the Arlington County Code – Annual Household Solid Waste Rate.

E. Adoption of Amendments to Chapter 26, Article I, Utilities, of the Arlington County Code - Water and Sewer Rate.

C.M. Recommendation: Approve as recommended in staff report.

F. Ordinance to set salaries for County Board Chairman and Members to reflect inflationary increase of up to 3.0%, or such other lesser amount as proposed as cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for all County employees for FY 2002, effective 7/1/01 (VA. Code Sec. 15.2-702.1).

C.M. Recommendation: Approve as recommended in staff report.

15. Additional Items

D. Allocation of the Human Services Unmet Needs Fund.

C.M. Recommendation: Allocate $150,381 from Human Services Unmet Needs Contingent for technology initiative, and for architectural and engineering work related to Fenwick Center renovations.

Board meetings are cablecast live on government access Cable-TV Channel 31, with repeats shown the following week at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday and at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday (morning session only) and 7:00 p.m. on Thursday (afternoon session only), and the following Monday at 10:30 a.m. Carryover meetings will be repeated the following Monday at 7:00 p.m. If a live carryover meeting conflicts with any of the scheduled repeats, the tape will air immediately following the live meeting.
