Administration and Procedures, Subsection 36.C.4.a., b., and c. of the Zoning Ordinance to increase fees for Building Permit applications reviewed by the Zoning Office for compliance with zoning regulations.

C.M. Recommendation: Request to advertise as recommended in the staff report.

2. Request to Advertise for public hearing on proposed amendment to Section 20-8 of the Arlington County Code, changing the Real Estate Tax due dates for the first installment from June 5th to June 15th.

C.M. Recommendation: Advertise for public hearing on March 9, 2002 the proposed amendment to Section 20-8 of the Arlington County Code, moving the June 5th tax due date for real estate tax collection to June 15th.

8 . Site Plan Amendment and Ordinance to Vacate a portion of Clarendon Boulevard on premises known as Wilson Boulevard, North Fillmore and Clarendon Boulevard.
A. SP #339 Site Plan Amendment (CARRY-OVER): Amend approved Market Common Clarendon Plan as follows: A. Remove existing building occupied by Blockbuster Video and replace with retail building; B. Add new site area (approx. 21,887 sq. ft.) & construct residential building; on premises known as 2700, 2732, 2800, 2812, 2828 Wilson Boulevard; 1303 North Fillmore Street; 2801 Clarendon Boulevard.

P.C. Recommendation: Defer both Subjects A & B to the February 25, 2002 Planning Commission Meeting and the March 9, 2002 County Board meeting.

C.M. Recommendation: Approve Subject A: Market Common Phase II, subject to the conditions of the staff report, which apply to the Phase II project only. Defer Subject B: 2900 Wilson Boulevard Residential Building, to the April 8, 2002 Planning Commission meeting and the April 20, 2002 County Board meeting.

Board meetings are cablecast live on government access Cable-TV Channel 31, with repeats shown the following week at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday and at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday (morning session only) and 7:00 p.m. on Thursday (afternoon session only), and the following Monday at 10:30 a.m. Carryover meetings will be repeated the following Monday at 7:00 p.m. If a live carryover meeting conflicts with any of the scheduled repeats, the tape will air immediately following the live meeting.
