Libraries and cultural facilities.) to "Medium" Office-Apartment -Hotel for a property located at 1101 Lee Highway between Interstate 66 and the George Washington Memorial Parkway (GWMP), just southeast of the exit ramp from southbound GWMP to North Lynn Street.

16. GP-281-01-1 General Land Use Plan Amendments for Rosslyn: Option 1 Change the boundaries of the Rosslyn Coordinated Redevelopment District. Option 2 Amend Note 15.

17. Changing the Real Estate Tax due date for the first installment from June 5th to June 15th.

C.M. Recommendation: Adopt the amendment to Section 20-8 of the Arlington County Code, moving the June 5th tax due date for real estate tax collection to June 15th.

18. Approve the Award of an Amendment to Agreement for Hayward Baker Inc.

C.M. Recommendation: Approve as recommended in the staff report.

19.a. Request to Advertise for public hearing on March 21, 2002, the Calendar Year 2002 Real Estate tax rate.

C.M. Recommendation: Advertise a proposed Calendar Year (CY) 2002 real estate tax rate of $1.023 for the public hearing on March 21, 2002 using the advertisement.

b. Request to Advertise for public hearing on March 21, 2002, the Calendar Year 2002 Personal Property tax rate.

C.M. Recommendation: Advertise a public hearing on March 21, 2002 on the proposed Calendar Year 2002 personal property tax rate of $4.40 using the resolution and for public service corporations, the real estate tax rate of $1.023 as requested to be advertised in the prior agenda item.

c. Request to Advertise for public hearing on March 21, 2002, the Calendar Year 2002 - A Chain Bridge Road Service District Tax.

C.M. Recommendation: Advertise a public hearing on March 21, 2002 for a proposed Calendar Year 2002 tax rate for the Chain Bridge Road Service District of $0.126 that is in addition to the current real estate tax rate of $1.023 using the resolution.

21. Ordinance to amend, reenact, recodify Chapter 41.2 (Cable Television Communications) of Arlington County Code for consideration of two options: 1) Delegating to County Manager responsibility for regulation of basic service rates, equipment and installation charges; or 2) to de-certify County's authority to regulate such rates and charges.
