33. Adoption of Zoning Ordinance Amendments for the Virginia Square Metro Station Area:

33A. Adopt an Ordinance to Amend Section 26. “C-2” Service Commercial-
Community Business Districts to add a new reference whereby properties zoned “C-2” and located within the area designated as “Special Coordinated Mixed Use District” in Virginia Square on the General Land Use Plan may modify certain required regulations in specific circumstances.

33B. Adopt an Ordinance adopting a new Section 21. “MU-VS” Mixed Use-
Virginia Square Districts to codify Permitted Uses, Use Limitations, Special Exceptions, and other regulations governing land use in the Virginia Square Metro station area within the “MU-VS” Districts
